Wareham man who raped girl tops probation's most wanted list

The Massachusetts Probation Utility has released its 10 most wanted list and topping the roll is a man who raped a girl in Plymouth County in the late 1980s and old 1990s.

Jeffrey Wood, 54, alias Jeffrey Millette, has been missing since 1997, momentarily after he got out of prison for sexually abusing a girl during a two-year span in Wareham and Plymouth.

Wood is 5-foot, 8-inches huge, weighs 155 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He wears glasses and has scars on his back, eye and expression as well as tattoos on his left and right arms. His aliases are Bo Beauregard, Jeffrey Beauregard and Bo Woods. His last known speech is in Wareham. Wood also has a previous conviction for assault and battery on a the fuzz officer.

Scott James Kittredge, 47, who is wanted by Plymouth Tonier Court for armed assault to murder, carjacking,and armed pinching. Kittredge is also being sought for armed robbery and armed strike with intent to kill, a case he served eight and a half years of a 15 to 20-year decision. Kittredge has outstanding warrants in three other courts including set and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest charges from Quincy Territory Court and larceny over from BMC-West Roxbury. The Quincy Region and BMC-West Roxbury cases are not probation cases.

The Wild, Wonderful World of Japanese Hair

There's a idea in the West that Japanese people, the vast majority of which have obviously dark hair, are somehow trying to copy Westners by coloring their hair. This is a unsophisticated oversimplification. The country, always adept at mixing outside influences with its own, was, over a thousand years ago, incorporating Chinese hairstyles. Throughout representation, Japan has closed in on itself, but it has never been afraid of looking outward and cherrypicking whatever it mythical. It's plucked ideas from China, from Korea, or from the U.S. Those influences are then diverse with homegrown styles to create something new and different.

Westernized hairstyles did not start during the American Field after World War II, but began increasing in the late 19th century, when Japan opened itself up to the fa world and when the country's royalty began sporting Westernized locks. By the 1920s, chic Japanese women were reading vogue magazines depicting the latest styles from the Paris runways. This wasn't new. Centuries before, chic Japanese were taking style cues from abroad, with the Chinese-influenced styles of the 5th to 8th centuries. Throughout news , Japanese hairstyles have been a mix of outside influences and domestic traditions, giving extraction to something that's ultimately Japanese. Even today, Japan is incredibly Westernized, but it isn't the West, by any means and retains what makes it Japan.

"Lynching," Who is Willie Lynch?

It was called the art of slave making.  Everyone knew Willie Lynch as the "principal" when it came to breaking in a slave. He knew exactly how to pick a man into the perfect slave. His technique was to tame the man as if he were an animal. By taming, he attacked the keep an eye on in order to control the black man physically and make sure that a black lady-love raised her children with a purpose to serve only their slave masters.

Although he was very piece-goods e freight at molesting the mind, he wasn't shy of old fashion beatings. Examples such as stripping, tar & feathering, pulling men aside; literally, were all forms of his "control" methods.  

Many people say that we as a people are still trial from "The Willie Lynch Syndrome." Meaning that slave owners second-hand this man's methods to the point that it is now implanted into our blood. Brainwashed & trained to the guts that future generations (African Americans) will not know their vitality because it will have already been embedded into their minds, so to them, it's instincts.
