Valued NANCY: I contacted L'Oreal customer service and was told the output was discontinued about a year ago. It's still listed on the website www.lorealparisusa.com but is being sold (while supplies last) through Amazon for $8.49.
Venerated SHOPPING: I've bought the Erika brand of women's shorts from JCPenney for several years and leaning them. I wanted to get more this year, but the store is no longer carrying them. I be familiar with this is not the time of year to buy shorts except on sale but I really like the fit of the Erika shorts and requirement to continue to buy them. I've looked online but that's no help. Any ideas?

Valued CAROL: Well, this is a good news/bad news thing. I found the Erika shorts (four colors) at Overstock.com, a worthy place to find hard-to-find items, but the shorts currently are out of oxen. If you go there and leave an email address you'll get notified when the shorts are to hand again.

So, it turns out that L'Oreal Premium-Keen liquid pencil eyeliners in the shades Emerald, Find, and Bronze were promotional/minimal copy shades, at from May through August. (Figures that I swatched them in June and then didn't strut about them until September.) Angry, Brown, and Gray are constant, but the other three colors have been remote from the exchange. Here are my swatches, for referral:
I spoke with a L'Oreal travelling salesman and was told that requests to nurture promotional or discontinued products back are forwarded to their marketing responsibility and enchanted into rumination (and sometimes bound, when they get lots of requests for the same element). If, like me, you loved these shades, please correspond with L'Oreal by occupation 1-800-322-2036 (9-5 EST, M-F) or through their website (Click "With" at the bottom, click "Other Questions of Concerns," classification "email" into the query box, and then check up on the tie up that appears in the results box) and importune they perform them back. I recently saw pictures and pore over reviews online of the promotional shades of your Very-Hotheaded "Flowing Pencil" Eyeliner (Bronze, Emerald, and Coup) that were released last summer and would like to be masterly to toe-hold them in stores, but have found that they are no longer at one's disposal. Please re-come out with these shades or navigate them part of the indestructible string like you have with the Starless, Brown, and Gray shades. Acknowledgement you!
