Gay student suspended for make-up prompts US school's policy reversal

A Tennessee county devotees board has intervened to reverse policy after Kasey Landrum, an outspokenly gay student, was suspended for wearing make-up.

Kasey Landrum, 16, told WBBJ-TV that when he arrived at a savoir vivre wearing purple eye shadow: “The principal walked into the college and immediately started yelling at me for it, and told me to get outside”.

He was postulated an in-school suspension for three days for violating the school’s clothe code.

The code states: “When a student is attired in a air, which is likely to cause disruption or interference with normal day-to-day business of the school, the administration will take the appropriate action.

“In matters of idea, the judgment of the teachers and administrators will prevail.”

Kasey went on to reprimand WBBJ-TV that another male student had been wearing make-up in a goon-rock style.

He said: “He had it on all day, and I was like, “If he can exhaust make-up, so can I”.

The ingredients in Chanel’s formulary contain several mysterious items that sound like they were born in a technique lab. I’m guessing many of them are chemical, since the product is not labeled as systematic or ‘all natural’. One downer for me – it contains Bismuth Oxychloride which makes my veneer itch horribly when used frequently. So far, I’ve only worn these d’Ombre shadows twice for a few hours, and didn’t have problems…but for every day friction, it might start to irritate my lids. Am hoping the amount of Bismuth is very low!
