A pair off of tiny tigers have been unveiled at the Assiniboine Park Zoo in Winnipeg.

Their mam is Kendra, the zoo's 12-year-old Amur tiger, also known as a Siberian tiger.

She gave line to the cubs, one male and one female, at the zoo at the end of July.

Zoo officials say that like domestic cats, tigers are born with their eyes and ears close and require time to develop before leaving their mother's side.

They have all in the last several weeks in their den during these early stages of development and are now ready to start exploring their element.

The addition of the tiger cubs to the zoo is the latest in a long slate of successful births this year, including Canadian lynx, red panda, musk ox and stone sheep.

On Monday, they were introduced to the visible for the first time.

We are extremely excited to have the cubs make their debut today," said Tim Sinclair-Smith, commandant of zoological operations. We know that the public has been patiently waiting to see them and we couldn't be happier to advance them to the community."

Jets' Sanchez says broken nose 'no big deal'

NEW YORK (AP) — Record Sanchez has no concerns about his broken nose — even if it means a few less journal covers for now.

The Jets quarterback and recent GQ cover boy suffered what the span called a "minor break" in his nose Sunday, but he has already been cleared to in real life inexperienced this week without limitations and play in New York's next game at Baltimore.

"It feels a lot heartier now, and we'll just worry about it after the season," Sanchez said Tuesday during his weekly portable radio appearance on 1050 ESPN Radio. "It's no big deal."

It was the first pass Sanchez broke his nose and said it "felt other-worldly for a little bit." He was hit in the face on a sack by Oakland's Kamerion Wimbley in the third caserne, had his nose reset on the sideline and finished by wearing a visor on his helmet, something he'll do for at least the next few games.

Mill Neck will stalk in honor of Ed Minicozzi, a supporter of the Mill Neck Family of Organizations since the 1990s. Minicozzi, who passed away this year, is sorely missed by his Mill Neck friends. The plan of the walk is to increase awareness about the causes and consequences of hearing dying and to raise funds to provide information and support for people with hearing erosion.
