Suitable hair, nail and all around beauty care is abundant in the essence of downtown Clawson at South Main Beauty Satisfy .

Redken, Nioxin, Paul Mitchell, Bed Head and dozens of other curls product brands cover the majority of one wall of the set aside, while the rest is stocked with nail files, brushes, whistle dryers, curlers, hair dye and more. Store owner Barry Glushyn said he offers varieties in each result because for women, it's all about having options.  

For more then 40 years Glushyn has been making a name for himself in the beauty hustle and still loves what he does. Though he is married, he said the best part of his job is being expert to “take money from beautiful women.”

“A lot of women say it’s fun shopping here,” he said. “It’s a uninterested little store.”

Glushyn chuckled when he shared the testimony behind the beauty supply shop he has owned for 26 years. He said when he was a adolescent lad attending Ferris State University, he switched into dreamboat school because he had a crush on a girl taking the course. Once she was out of the exact likeness, and program, he decided to continue with that path and held positions in administration for Hudson’s and a salesman for Sally Hansen.

Among other things, multi-cultural demographics attracted entrepreneur Maureen Yancy to free MY Beauty, a multi-ethnic beauty supply count on in Lilburn. MY Beauty opened its doors to the public this days beyond recall Saturday, Sept. 24, with a grand opening hallowing.

I knew this store had something special when I arrived to meet with Yancy. I was surprised when, as a substitute for of waiting for me to walk in, someone opened the front door and held it public for me. The bigger surprise was that it wasn’t just a cashier, it was the P herself greeting me at the door. It’s not often a business owner is literally holding the door out for her customers.  

Maureen’s friendly smile, the jazz music playing in the upbringing, and the upscale products on the walls were enough to show me that this wasn’t your average dreamboat supply store. MY Beauty offers not only exceptional products, but a satisfied shopping experience and personalized customer service.
