With two marriages behind her, she says she finds it unfriendly to imagine having a boyfriend around. ‘I’m appealing busy with my kids [Justin, 24, a business devotee, Rainey, 21, an actress, and Sarah Margaret, 16, who’s at play school]. And I’ve been working a lot.’

She is currently appearing in a US TV comedy photoplay called Jane By Design. ‘It’s very well written. But I over I can be happy not working. It’s a little more important for me now because my kids are about to go off on their own. I don’t have anybody in my living, so I want to be stimulated. It’s not like I’m tenuous to find another job. It would be nice to have time to do more yoga.’

Not that her life has moved at a leisurely rate of speed. She’s enjoyed a huge resurgence recently and has well-founded finished another film, Mighty Fine, in which she stars with her daughter Rainey.
