Pierre Fabre Unit May Lose Antitrust Case, Top EU Court Says

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- A segment of Pierre Fabre may have breached European Union antitrust rules with allocation agreements blocking online sales of personal-be concerned brands such as Avene, Ducray and Klorane, the EU’s top court said.
