Egyhangú, megerősítő szavazást követően posztumusz tag lett Páskándi Géza erdélyi magyar író, költő, aki 1995-ben hunyt el. A posztumusz tag személyére mindig a Petőfi Irodalmi Múzeum (PIM) főigazgatója tesz javaslatot, a tagok pedig általában el szokták ezt fogadni - tudta meg a hvg.hu.
Az 1998-ban megalakult, legújabbkori és kortárs magyar irodalom kiemelkedő alkotásainak digitalizálásával foglalkozó DIA tagjai minden évben egy új tagot, és - lehetőség szerint - posztumusz tago(ka)t választ. A tagságra jelöltek körébe azok az írók, költők tartozhatnak, akik munkásságukkal hozzájárultak a kortárs magyar szépirodalom fejlődéséhez, emellett aktív résztvevői az irodalmi közéletnek - szól a hivatalos kitétel.
